How to Book

1. Find your cottage

Use our search to find a cottage, or browse them individually. Each page features a live availability calendar.

2. Select your dates

Click or tap your desired check-in date, followed by your check-out date on the calendar. The calendar will automatically guide you—some cottages allow any start day, while others have fixed Monday or Friday changeovers, and the system will only let you select valid dates.

3. Review and Confirm

A preview box will appear showing your selected dates and total price. Check that everything looks correct, then click or tap Confirm. On the next screen, you will then be prompted to enter your contact details, add any pets or extra guests, and complete your booking.

4. Make your payment

If your holiday starts more than 56 days after you book, you'll normally pay a c.25% deposit and optional Booking Refund Protection. The remaining balance is due 56 days before arrival. If your holiday starts within 56 days, full payment is required when you book. Your booking confirmation will show the exact balance and payment date.

5. Confirmation

Once your booking and payment are complete, we'll email you a confirmation. Your booking will also appear in My UTT (customer dashboard) and the availability calendar will be updated.
