Priced for up to 4 staying, sleeps 12. Brecon Beacons contemporary barn near Hay-on-Wye and Abergavenny. Secluded, but not far from pubs, restaurants and shops. Great for a family holiday at Offa's Dyke.
A super house for large get-togethers.
Tŷ'r Olchon Estate lies in one of the most beautiful rural locations in the UK, enjoying marvellous views of Offa's Dyke and Red Daren from the doorstep. The house was converted from an 18th-century barn into a spacious home, combining original oak-beamed character with a comfortable, contemporary living style. The estate comprises:
- Main house with 2 Kingsize bedrooms, 1 Double and two bathrooms (one with separate shower)
- Cottage annexe with 2x Double bedrooms, one shower room (all ground floor, relatively accessible)
- Yurt with Kingsize bed, one detached shower room
- 20 acres of private grounds accessed by private track
This allows different generations of the same family to holiday together comfortably, whilst retaining their own private spaces. Note if your party is smaller and you wish to only book the main house (sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms) then book here. The annexe and yurt are never rented separately when the main house is used.
