Centrally heated to the ground floor & electric oil-filled radiators upstairs.
No broadband internet but we have found EE mobile network works well enough to stream video

• Cegin Fawr - (up two stairs). Open plan with woodburning stove, modernist sofa (no TV), double day-bed that can be made up as groundfloor bed (standard double) on request.
• Kitchen - (down a step) with huge patio doors to rear patio & tub. very small fitted kitchen with basic appliances. There is a fridge (with freezer box), cooker and microwave but no dishwasher or washing machine.
• Shower Room with dinner-plate power-shower. Chrome heated towel rail.

• Family Bedroom : A large room across the entire first floor, with Kingsize bed and twin singles

• Cedar hot-tub year round.
• Steeply terraced gardens mostly left to rough grass.
• Plenty of parking.
